Threadsly Refund Policy

GENERAL

  • We make every effort to confirm the quality of our products. We offer a guarantee on garments that do not meet our quality standards.

  • We will credit your account when any one of the following occurs:
  • Printing error: the design printed is substantially different from the approved artwork specification proof.
    Missing garments: Multiple garments are missing from the finished order.
FILING A CLAIM

  • To file a claim, contact us by messaging us and include your order number. Contact Us Here
  • If your claim is in regards to a printing error, please include photos of the error and prepare the items in question for return.
  • Upon verification, we will provide you with credit equal to amount paid for the portion of the order that was incorrectly printed.
RETURNS WITHOUT CAUSE

  • Due to the customized nature of our apparel, we do not accept returns on products that were correctly printed and delivered.
CANCELLATIONS

  • Because orders are processed quickly after they are received, we do not allow cancellations after an order is placed.
